Noted: Must be needed 4 GB flash drive and created ISO file of the Windows setup DVD with you, if you have not created ISO file so first create here

Step 1

Win 7 USB/DVD Download tool. Install this program, you need .NET Framework version 2.0 or higher. The program runs perfectly on Windows 7, Win 8, Win 8.1, Windows Vista & Windows XP. Also we need to be in an administrator account.

Step 2 

Open the program and find location Windows ISO file enter the secure file box. Now you can brows it and click on next.

Step 3

Now Choose media type screen option and select USB Drive to create bootable Windows installation flash drive.

Step 4

Click on the insert USB device screen option select USB flash drive this is external hard drive  

which you want to copy the setup file click on the Begin copying, if your USB device doesn't have enough space memory. Now you will be showing  the dialog box. Then click on the Erase USB device for also format USB and delete data.

Step 5

If also is right so you showing this message for the next step Bootable USB device created successfully.

Step 6

Now USB device you just created to start the Windows installation.
